PlayFlow Fulfillment and Refund Policy

At PlayFlow Cloud, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that our services meet the highest standards. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and fulfillment to provide transparency and clarity for our customers.

Fulfillment Policy

  1. Service Activation: Once a subscription is purchased, the service is activated immediately. Customers will be able to access their paid plans directly through the PlayFlow Cloud dashboard after logging in.
  2. Service Customization: Some services may require additional configuration or customization. PlayFlow Cloud will work with the customer to ensure the platform meets their needs, based on the service tier selected.
  3. Service Downtime: In the event of unplanned outages or service downtime that exceeds 24 hours, PlayFlow Cloud will provide compensatory credits or extended service periods proportional to the outage duration, as outlined in our SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  4. Service Completion: Fulfillment is considered complete once the customer has access to the purchased tools and services, and any agreed-upon custom configurations have been implemented.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • New Subscriptions: Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the service is unused or if there are issues that PlayFlow Cloud is unable to resolve.
    • Recurring Subscriptions: Refunds for recurring subscription services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made within 7 days of the renewal date. Partial refunds may be offered if a significant service interruption or technical issue occurred.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Customers must submit refund requests via email to our support team at [support@playflowcloud.com].
    • Refund requests must include the purchase details and an explanation of the issue.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval, and customers will be notified via email.
  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Custom development or consulting services rendered by PlayFlow Cloud are non-refundable once work has commenced.
    • Usage-based services such as cloud server hours, or on-demand features, are non-refundable once utilized.
  4. Disputed Transactions:
    • For any disputes regarding charges, PlayFlow Cloud encourages customers to first contact our support team. PlayFlow Cloud will work to resolve any billing issues promptly.

Service Termination

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings. Upon cancellation, access to PlayFlow Cloud services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription unless eligible under the refund policy.
